Do you have a minimum order?

Many garments and decoration methods are available with no minimum. Specialty methods or certain products may have practical quantity requirements, which we confirm before you commit.

Can you complete an order the same day?

Often, yes. Same-day and rush turnarounds depend on the method, garment stock, artwork readiness, quantity, and our schedule. Call before ordering and we will give you a straight answer.

What if my artwork is not print-ready?

No problem. We review every file for placement, resolution, and production fit, then explain what is needed or help prepare it before proof approval.

Will I see the design before you print?

Yes. You approve the exact proof and artwork version before anything goes to production.

What is the difference between DTF, DTG, and embroidery?

DTF is versatile across fabrics and strong for bold color. DTG produces a soft, detailed print on cotton. Embroidery uses thread for a textured, premium finish on polos, hats, jackets, and uniforms. We will recommend the best fit for your garment and goal.

Can you print or embroider customer-supplied garments?

Yes. Bring your own garment or let us supply it. We review the material and construction first to confirm the decoration method is suitable.
